General terms of sale and best practices
Booking conditions
A 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the activity.
Accepted payment methods: cash, bank transfer, credit card.
Dogs: Please check in advance whether the chosen site allows dogs before finalizing your booking.
Instructions
Please bring appropriate clothing for the conditions (rain, wind, sun), sunscreen, and at least 1.5 L of water per person for a half-day.
Closed-toe shoes are required, and hiking shoes may be necessary depending on the site. No smoking, vaping, picking, or collecting during the outings.
Outings may be adapted according to the season, weather, or tides.
Liability
By making a booking, you agree to the general terms and conditions and to respect the guidelines in the natural environments visited (safety, legislation, private property, etc.). Nature Landes Pays Basque declines all responsibility for any accident resulting from failure to comply with the terms of sale or the guidelines provided before and during outings and activities in the field.
